1 credit equals 1,000 AI tokens (AWS Bedrock). Each action consumes credits: AI auto-analysis costs 3 cr, chatbot messages cost 5 cr, pest detection costs 15 cr, and EUDR reports cost 50 cr. Basic data saving and viewing (CRUD) is always free — zero credits.
All plans unlock exactly the same features. The only difference is the number of credits per month: Free gets 500, Standard gets 3,000, and Pro gets 10,000. You can turn AI auto-analysis on or off at any time to manage your credit usage.
When credits run out, AI features are temporarily locked until the next monthly reset. Basic data entry and viewing always remain available — your farm data is never blocked.
Enterprise accounts pay based on actual AI token usage after the 30-day free trial. The company admin is billed for all employees' usage. You can set monthly credit limits per department to control costs.
Yes — employees have access to all the same features. The company admin can create department groups, set data viewing scopes per group, and assign monthly credit limits to prevent unnecessary usage.
Enterprise billing is usage-based and invoiced monthly after the free trial. There is no fixed monthly base fee — you only pay for what your team actually uses.
Billing & Cancellation Policy
- •Monthly plans: 30 days from signup date. Yearly plans: 365 days from signup date (not calendar-based).
- •No cancellation or refund. Your service remains active until the end of your paid billing period.
- •Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remaining days.
- •Account deletion is not immediate. A withdrawal request will be processed at the end of your current billing period (scheduled withdrawal).
